ETHIOPIA Guji Danbi Udo
Experience the pinnacle of Guji specialty coffee with our latest offering from the Danbi Udo washing station. This selection represents the collective hard work of various smallholder farmers in the highlands of Ethiopia, where high altitudes and nutrient-rich soil create the perfect environment for world-class beans.
Unlike washed coffees, this is a Dry Processed (Natural Process) coffee. By drying the coffee cherries whole in the sun, the sugars from the fruit are absorbed into the bean, resulting in an incredible depth of sweetness and a distinct, syrupy body.
We roast this lot Medium-Light—a precise profile designed to preserve the coffee’s delicate origin character. This roast style allows the bright Tropical fruit notes to shine while highlighting a clean, floral elegance that lingers on the palate.
Tasting Notes: Tropical Fruit, Honeysuckle, Lavender, Citrus, Black Tea
