Our favorite pour-over dripper has landed on our site!
The KONO is our daily dripper because of its consistent results, ease of use, and excellent cup quality. The Kono is made in Japan of high-quality materials and is unique in its design compared to other drippers.
What´s different:
Ribs only in the bottom half of the brewer which limits bypass and results in a better extraction.
More even water distribution. There is no need for a special pouring technique.
Smaller funnel for smaller brews. We use smaller doses to make more cups during the day.
High-quality materials and design for durability.
Our favorite recipes start with 10gr, 12gr, or 15grams of coffee which allows us to spread our coffee consumption throughout the day.

About Kono Coffee Syphon Company
Established in 1925. The founder of the company, Akira Kono produced the first coffee siphon after years of research. In 1973 his successor designed the cone shaped dripper, and the third president of the company went on to adapt this design for home use creating the “Drip Meijin”.
